I can't answer for the 'hundreds' of other features in 2016 that Jim is missing. But this one was left out inadvertently in the migration to the new UI, and the ongoing process of making all XLs look and feel the same. In Win XL the reorder series functionality has always lived in the Select Data dialog. In Mac XL, it was in the Format Series dialog. The Format Series dialog was replaced with the Format Task pane matching Win XL. Unfortunately, Reorder Series was missed. There are plans to add it back, but no schedule yet as to when it will be available in a public update. Currently, the only work-around is to edit the Series formula.
